Cette série de courtes émissions fournissent des informations scientifiques allant des sciences naturelles aux hautes technologies, dans un langage simple permettant à un vaste public, particulièrement aux enfants, d'apprendre tout en s'amusant. Chaque épisode est présentée par deux personnages animés, une jeune fille nommée Joule et le professeur Watt. Le but de cette série est d'intéresser les enfants à la science et à la technologie, tout en espérant qu' ils contribueront dans l'avenir à la protection de l'environnement.

While humanity evolved with the development of science, we can also state that science and technology play a crucial role in saving the human race from global warming, an issue shared by all of mankind. This series of short programs whose purpose is to offered in an easy-to-understand style to reach out to a wide audience, particularly children. Each episode is presented by twoanimated characters, namely a little girl called Joule and the know-it-all Professor Watt, allowing children to learn while having fun. The purpose of this series is to familiarize children with science and technology, hoping that one day they'll be committed to activities aimed at protecting the environment.

En Julio del 2012, una locomotora a vapor volvió a la Línea Tohoku en la Prefectura de Fukushima por primera vez en 45 años. Llenando el aire de humo negro a su paso por los campos de Fukushima, este majestuoso tren borró los malos recuerdos del Gran Terremoto del Este de Japón, un desastre que cambió drásticamente las vidas idílicas de los habitantes de Fukushima.
El proyecto bautizado como el Proyecto Sonrisa de Fukushima, fue puesto en funcionamiento gracias a los trabajadores de la Compañía Férrea del Este de Japón, para dar fuerza y esperanza a esta prefectura tan castigada por el desastre.
Una locomotora a vapor del tipo C61 que trabajó antaño en la Línea Tohoku fue resucitada para el proyecto llamado el Renacimiento de Fukushima Express, el tren fue operado por conductores de Aiza Wakamatsu.
Este documental sigue a los conductores trabajando durante el proyecto, compartiendo sus sentimientos mientras conducen el tren a vapor por su Prefectura de origen.
Locomotoras a vapor inspiran un sentimiento de asombro en niños y devuelven recuerdos a los más mayores. Operando entre las estaciones de Koriyama y Fukushima, El renacimiento de Fukushima Express llevaba las esperanzas de muchos y dio fuerzas a la gente de Fukushima que aun luchan contra los efectos del Gran Terremoto del Este de Japón. Más de 30000 personas rezando por la recuperación de Fukushima se reunieron a lo largo de la vía para saludar al tren en marcha.
Este programa cuenta los sentimientos de la gente al ver resucitar la locomotora a vapor y sigue al tren en su trayecto por la Prefectura en un día que trae coraje y emociones a una ciudad destrozada por el desastre: Fukushima.

In July 2012, a steam locomotive returned to the Tohoku Line in Fukushima Prefecture for the first time in 45 years. Billowing black smoke as it powered through the Fukushima countryside, the majestic train swept away memories of the Great East Japan Earthquake, a disaster which drastically changed the idyllic lives of the people of Fukushima.
The project, christened the Fukushima Smile Project, was put into motion by staff at East Japan Railway to give hope and strength to the disaster-stricken prefecture.
A C61 type steam locomotive that had formerly worked the Tohoku Line was revived for the project. Named the Fukushima Revival Express, the train was operated by local drivers from Aizu Wakamatsu. The documentary follows the drivers as they work on the project, showing their thoughts and feelings as they drive the steam train through their home prefecture.
Steam locomotives inspire awe in children and bring back memories for baby-boomers. Operating between Koriyama and Fukushima Stations, the Fukushima Revival Express carried the hopes of many and gave strength to the people of Fukushima as they grappled with the effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake. More than 30,000 people praying for Fukushima's recovery gathered along the tracks to wave as the train went by.
This program documents people's emotions as the steam locomotive is resurrected and follows the train as it makes its journey through the prefecture on a day which brings courage and emotion to disaster-stricken Fukushima.
